Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Technical Sales Specialist to develop and manage B2B sales of industrial equipment in the UAE and wider GCC. The role includes active customer acquisition, account management, and coordination of the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of B2B clients (end-users, EPC contractors, distributors).
  • Promote and sell industrial equipment solutions (e.g., instrumentation, process equipment, valves, fittings, analyzers and related products).
  • Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare quotations and commercial offers; coordinate with suppliers and internal team on pricing, lead times, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and weekly reporting.
  • Support tender participation where applicable (RFQs, vendor registration, documentation).
  • Ensure professional after-sales follow-up to drive repeat business and long-term relationships.

Requirements (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in industrial equipment / instrumentation / industrial trading.
  • Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Higher education is mandatory, preferably Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, chemical or similar).
  • Dubai/UAE legal status is mandatory: valid UAE residence visa (residency permit).
  • Strong negotiation skills and a structured, KPI-driven approach to sales.

Preferred (Advantages)
  • German language is a strong advantage.
  • Existing network in UAE/GCC industrial sectors.
  • Experience with EPC projects, vendor registration, and industrial procurement processes.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
